Dr. Oetker Pudding Vanilla flavor belongs to the traditional and proven products of Dr. Oetker. The tradition of puddings dates back to 1923, when their production began in Brno. In addition to the preparation of pudding and dessert cups, vanilla-flavored pudding can be used as an ingredient in delicate dark bodies, as a cream for desserts and cakes, or in the form of a warm drink.
Use (for 1/2 l of milk): Mix the contents of the bag well in 1/3 of the prepared milk. Add 2-3 tablespoons of sugar (20-30 g) to the remaining 2/3 of the milk and bring the milk to a boil. Slowly pour the prepared mixture into the boiling milk and cook for another 1 minute, stirring constantly. Pour the finished pudding into bowls or molds rinsed with cold water and let it harden.
Ingredients: corn starch, aroma, dyes (carotenes, riboflavin). May contain traces of milk and nuts.
