Dr. Oetker Raspberry filling (50 g)

It is ideal for preparing fresh cakes, cupcakes and small desserts or for pancakes and fritters. It holds its shape beautifully. It is also excellent as a dessert with fresh fruit. Simple and easy preparation.

Use: Pour 400-500 ml of chilled whipping cream into a tall container and pour in the contents of the bag. Beat with an electric hand beater on the highest setting for 1 minute until stiff. We can spread and fill the body (diameter 26 cm), cuts, rolls or decorate cupcakes with the filling.
