Description

Vegetable whipped cream.

It does not contain sugar and has a milky taste. It is suitable for cooking and also for spicy culinary recipes. After adding sugar, it is also suitable for confectionary production. Master Gourmet keeps its shape and volume for a long time when whipped.

Ingredients: water, fully hydrogenated vegetable oils and fats 25% (palm kernel, sunflower), dried buttermilk , dried skimmed milk , maltodextrin, emulsifiers (E472b, E471, lecithins), stabilizers (E412, E410, E460i, E466). Gluten free.

For cooking: it can be used as cream for sauces, pasta, meat, legumes and other dishes.

Before whipping: cool to a temperature of +5 to +10°C, sweeten to taste and whip at medium speed until the required stability and firmness are obtained.
