Gingerbread: Whisk 2 eggs, 140 g of powdered sugar and 100 g of softened butter in a bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of liquid honey and 3-4 teaspoons of Dr. Gingerbread spice. Oetker and stir briefly. We cut out various shapes with the molds, which we place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper at a sufficient distance from each other. Bake for about 8 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 °C. Decorate the gingerbread after it has cooled down.
