Description

Whipped cream stiffener Smeta-fix Dr. Oetker has been a helper in the kitchen for many years. It keeps the whipped cream still stiff, so your whipped cream cakes and cups will remain beautiful and tall. Smeta-fix ensures a beautiful appearance and a properly firm consistency.

Use: Mix the contents of the bag with 200-250 ml of chilled whipping cream. Immediately whip until desired stiffness and cool well before serving.
