Potato gnocchi (gnocchi) - their origin dates back to the 16th century, when potatoes began to be imported from America. Gnocchi alla sorrentina is one of the tastiest recipes, prepared with tomatoes, fibrous mozzarella and fresh basil. However, they are excellent with any seasoning; let your imagination run wild.

Ingredients: rehydrated potatoes 70% (water, potato flakes), rice flour, corn flour, potato starch, salt, acidity regulator lactic acid, preservative potassium sorbate, natural flavors. May contain traces of milk and eggs .
