Description

A ready-made base for preparing a typical Spanish dessert.

Use: Pour into prepared container and heat on flame or in microwave at maximum power until boiling point or for a few minutes if a thicker consistency is desired. Pour into prepared molds and chill in the refrigerator for about 1-2 hours before serving. Sprinkle the surface with cane sugar and caramelize with a flambé gun.
