Vegetable whipped cream.

It does not contain sugar and has a milky taste. It is suitable for cooking and, after adding sugar, it is also suitable for confectionery production. Master Gourmet keeps its shape and volume for a long time when whipped.

Ingredients: water, fully hydrogenated vegetable oils and fats 26% (palm kernel, sunflower), palm oil 7.5%, dried skimmed milk , dried buttermilk , emulsifiers (E472b, E471, lecithins, E435), acidity regulators (E452i, E332) , stabilizers (E412, E410), salt, natural aroma, color (beta-carotene)

For cooking: it can be used as cream for sauces, pasta, meat, legumes and other dishes.

Before whipping: cool to a temperature of +5 to +10°C, sweeten to taste and whip at medium speed until the required stability and firmness are obtained.
