A unique loose baking mix for making hot chocolate cakes at home. You can also serve them with vanilla ice cream, raspberry, strawberry or vanilla sauce, or with fresh fruit. The package contains: 300 g of dough preparation mixture, 4 baking tins
To this you add: 150 ml of milk
Preparation: Pour the dough mixture into a bowl, add milk and beat with an electric hand mixer on the highest setting until smooth for about 1 minute. Divide the dough evenly using two tablespoons into greased and floured molds placed on a baking sheet. Place in a preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes (electric oven 240°C, convection oven 220°C, gas oven high setting). After removing from the oven, let the cakes cool in the molds for 5 minutes, then turn them out and serve immediately.
Ingredients: sugar, wheat flour , chocolate pieces 11% (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier (lecithins), milk ), cocoa powder with reduced fat content, dried egg white , modified starch, raising agents (glucono-delta-lactone , sodium bicarbonate), aroma.
