Dr. Oetker cream thickener gelatin is really versatile in the kitchen. Whether you're in the mood for fruit, yogurt, cream or cottage cheese jelly or firm cake creams, you can always rely on Dr. Oetker Gelatin to stiffen creams.

Use: Put 3-4 tablespoons of water in a small pot, sprinkle the contents of the bag and let it swell for about 10 minutes. Stirring constantly, heat ( do not boil ) until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Immediately add 2 spoons of cream/fruit juice (according to the specific recipe), mix with a whisk and mix everything into the remaining cream/fruit juice. Next, we process according to the recipe.
