Add to this: For the dough - 100 g of macka margarine or butter, 2 eggs (size M), 50 ml of milk (5 tablespoons). For the filling - 500 ml of chilled whipping cream, 100 ml of water. For the coffee topping - 80 ml of warm water. For dessert frosting - 75 ml of cold milk.
Preparation of the dough: Put the mixture for the corpus, margarine or butter, eggs and milk in a bowl. Beat with an electric hand mixer, first on the lowest setting, then on the highest setting for about 3 minutes. Place the dough in a greased cake tin, smooth and bake for 35-40 minutes (electric oven 170°C, convection oven 150°C, gas oven medium setting). After baking, separate the edge of the mold and let the body cool for about 15 minutes.
Adjusting the body: Transfer the body to the cake tray and attach the cleaned edge of the mold to it again. Mix the coffee topping mixture with 80 ml of warm water. Using the reverse side of a wooden spoon, make about 40 wells with a diameter of about 0.5 - 1 cm in the still warm body. Fill the wells as precisely as possible with a spoon. Let the body cool down.
Preparing the filling and decorating the cake: In a bowl, whip the whipping cream until stiff. Beat the mixture for the filling and 100 ml of water with a whisk for about 1 minute. Mix in the whipped cream in two stages. Spread the filling on the body and make ripples on the surface with a spoon. Mix the dessert frosting mixture and cold milk with a whisk for about 1 minute. Let the glaze stand for 1-2 minutes. Fill a pastry bag with the icing and decorate the cake. Put the cake in the fridge for 2 hours to harden. Before serving, separate the edge of the mold from the cake using a knife.
