Dr. Oetker Pudding Coconut flavor is one of the traditional and proven products of Dr. Oetker. The tradition of puddings dates back to 1923, when their production began in Brno. In addition to preparing pudding and dessert cups, coconut-flavored pudding can also be used as an ingredient in delicate dark custards, as a cream for desserts and cakes, or in the form of a hot drink.
Usage (for 1/2 l of milk): Mix the contents of the bag well in 1/3 of the prepared milk. Add 2-3 tablespoons of sugar (30 g) to the remaining 2/3 of the milk and bring the milk to the boil. Slowly pour the prepared mixture into the boiling milk and cook for about 1 minute, stirring constantly. Pour the finished pudding into bowls or molds rinsed with cold water and leave to set.
Ingredients: corn starch, flavoring. May contain traces of milk and nuts.
