Labeta Gluten-free cocoa muffins (250 g)

This small, tasty and light dessert made from naturally gluten-free ingredients is great as a sweet breakfast, a picnic treat or even as a Sunday bun for a visit.

Package includes: 250 g of gluten-free matcha muffin mix

To this you add: 125 ml milk, 50 ml vegetable oil, 1 large egg

Preparation: Mix the contents of the package with 125 ml of milk, 50 ml of vegetable oil and 1 egg and beat with an electric mixer for 2 - 3 minutes until smooth. Fill the muffin cups with the batter to about 3/4 of the volume. Bake in a preheated oven at 150 °C for 25 - 30 minutes. Check with a skewer whether the muffins are cooked.
