Ingredients: coloring E172, edible gelatin, thickener E415, vegetable oils (sunflower, safflower, rice), vanillin, sodium caseinate, coloring E133, emulsifier E433

Dimensions: 8 x 8 cm

Open the package and make sure your hands are completely dry. Otherwise, use gloves. Remove only the amount of product you want to use from the package and seal it immediately.

The product can be used primarily in the following ways:

• whole or partial slice for surface decoration
• slice crumbled into flakes

Apply the slice with the rough side to the product and coat it with glucose syrup, gelatin spray or edible glue. Alternatively, you can coat the product with water, glucose syrup, gelatin spray or edible glue and then apply gold leaf.

The slice can also be used for baked goods. Apply either before baking to the dough or after baking to the finished product.
