Recommended dosage: Montana 1000 g + drinking water 150 - 170 g + 100% fat 50 g.
Montana, water and softened fat are combined by mixing on medium speed in the bowl of a stand mixer with the cross hook to a paste-like mass. Then the mass is placed in a polyethylene bag and left to mature for at least 3 hours.
We recommend letting it sit for up to 24 hours.
Storage conditions: In dry, well-ventilated rooms at a temperature of max. 25°C, always closed.
