Description

You can use the silicone roller reinforced with glass fiber for rolling out and shaping the dough. Preprinted scales will make your work easier. The roll adheres perfectly to the table, the dough does not stick to the roll. The roll is storable, it can also be rolled up. Never cut the dough with a metal knife, only a cutting board or a shaping mold with blunt edges. We recommend silicone knives.

Material: silicone - resistant to temperatures from -40 °C to +220 °C (at temperatures from 190 °C in the oven for max. 2 hours), glass fiber
