Description

Ingredients: sugar (EU), dried egg white , thickener: sorbitol (E420), anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide (E551), acid: citric acid (E330)

Instructions for use: In a bowl, mix 500 g of the mixture with 70-80 ml of water, according to the desired consistency. For a more delicate decoration, prepare a mixture of 80 ml of water. For stronger decorations, reduce the amount of water to 70 ml.
