Ingredients: sugar, thickener (modified starch, E401, E516, E450(iii)), gelatin, dextrose, citric acid (E330), lemon powder 1% (glucose syrup, 28% lemon juice from concentrate), natural aroma, sea salt , dye E100. May contain traces of gluten , eggs , soy , nuts , milk and sesame .
Preparation instructions: In a tall bowl, whip 1 liter of whipping cream until almost thick. In another bowl, dissolve 200 g of the Whippstabil mixture in 250 ml of water. Briefly whip the resulting mixture at low speed into the pre-whipped whipped cream. After that, we can use the filling immediately. The ratio for 200 ml of cream is 40 g of Whippstabil mixture and 50 ml of water.
