Whippstabil Tiramisu whipped cream stiffener (600 g)

Whipped cream stiffener ensuring an excellent spread. It keeps the whipped cream stiff and gives it a firm shape for several days at refrigerator temperatures. It is mainly used for cakes and desserts. Quick and easy preparation, and only in the amount you need.

Ingredients: sugar, thickener (modified starch, E401, E516, E450(iii)), dextrose, semi-skimmed milk powder , gelatin, aroma, instant coffee, sea salt, burnt sugar, color (E160a(i)). May contain traces of gluten , eggs , soy , nuts and sesame .

Preparation instructions: In a tall bowl, whip 1 liter of whipping cream until almost thick. In another bowl, dissolve 200 g of the Whippstabil mixture in 250 ml of water. Briefly whip the resulting mixture at low speed into the pre-whipped whipped cream. After that, we can use the filling immediately. The ratio for 200 ml of cream is 40 g of Whippstabil mixture and 50 ml of water.
