With their standard fluidity, you can use Strawberry Callets™ for the same wide range of uses as traditional Callebaut chocolates. They are excellent for adding colorful details to chocolate molds and pralines or for creating colorful decorations for cakes and desserts. In addition, they are excellent for flavoring creams, mousses and candy fillings with strawberry flavor.
Melting, tempering and cooling take place in exactly the same way as traditional Callebaut white chocolates.
