Baking powder Dr. Oetker has been guaranteeing housewives success in the kitchen for over 100 years!
Use: Mix the baking powder in the flour and add it to the dough. We use it in the preparation of fried, shortbread, sponge dough, gingerbread, muffins, etc.
If you are adding acidic ingredients to the dough such as buttermilk, lemon juice, yogurt, other citrus fruits or even honey, replace some of the baking powder with baking soda. E.g. one cup of flour, one egg, and one cup of buttermilk requires only half a teaspoon of baking powder. Replace the remaining part with a quarter of a teaspoon of soda, which will provide the necessary fluffiness to the acids contained in the buttermilk.
Knead 1/2 kg of flour.
Suitable for preparing vegan products.
