Description

Citric acid supports the gelling process and enhances the flavor of fruits and vegetables during canning. It is suitable for flavoring salads, compotes and drinks. It is also a powerful aid in removing limescale, e.g. in coffee machines and kettles.

Use: When canning fruit and vegetables, to flavor fruit salads, compotes and salad dressings, to support the gelling process in the production of jams, marmalades and jellies, to flavor drinks and to remove limescale, e.g. in coffee machines.

Ingredients: acid E330 (citric acid). May contain traces of milk, eggs, nuts and gluten .
