With Gelfix Extra 2:1 you only use half the sugar. This gelling mixture preserves the natural taste of the fruit and at the same time meets modern requirements for healthy nutrition. One bag is enough for up to 1,000 g of fruit and 500 g of sugar and it only takes 6 minutes to cook. We recommend using this product when preparing jams with medium-sweet or medium-ripe fruit. With Gelfix Extra 2:1, your finished jam will contain 66% fruit!

Use: Cut the cleaned and pitted fruit into very small pieces or blend. Weigh out 1000 g of fruit and put it in a larger pot. Mix the contents of the Gelfix Extra package with two spoons of sugar and add to the fruit. Cook thoroughly for about 1 minute, stirring constantly. We always add Gelfix Extra before sugar! Add the rest of the sugar and bring to a boil. Boil thoroughly for at least 5 minutes while constantly stirring and bubbling and set aside. Remove any foam and immediately pour into the prepared glasses. Close the jars carefully with the lids and turn them upside down for about 5 minutes.

Ingredients: dextrose, gelling agent 19% (pectins), acidity regulator (citric acid), preservative (sorbic acid). May contain traces of milk , lupine flour and gluten .
