Add to this: 200 ml of cold milk, 2-3 tablespoons of powdered sugar (about 30 g), or 125 g softened butter
Preparation: Pour 200 ml of cold milk into a tall container and add 2-3 spoons of powdered sugar. Pour the mixture to prepare the filling into the sweetened milk. Beat everything at the highest speed for 4 minutes into a thick cream. If we want a traditional butter filling, add another 125 g of softened butter and beat for another 1/2 minute.
