Fruit gel filling with a high content of fruit (min. 70%), natural taste and aroma of fresh fruit, whole fruit or, in the case of larger species, cut solid pieces of fruit, the structure of the fruit is preserved, can be frozen, widely used in bakery, confectionery and gastronomy.

Ingredients: sour cherries - piece fruit (70%), glucose syrup, sugar, water, modified starch E1442, preservative E202, acid E330, thickener E418, aroma

The mass proportion of fruit in 1 kg of the product is at least 700 g.

Store up to 25°C. After opening, store at 8°C.
