Thanks to the absence of gluten, you can prepare this five-minute recipe even for an unexpected visitor who suffers from gluten intolerance. If you would like to make the pudding even better in terms of diet, you can also try a lactose-free preparation using a vegetable substitute for classic milk.
The package contains: 40 g of gluten-free pudding mix with vanilla flavor
Add to this: only 500 ml of milk, or lactose-free milk or plant-based milk substitute (soy, rice)
Preparation: Separate approximately 1/3 of the milk, in which mix the contents of the bag and 2-3 tablespoons of sugar well. Bring the remaining milk to a boil, then set aside and pour in the pre-prepared mixture while stirring constantly. Return the pudding to the stove, stir and cook for about 1 minute. Pour the finished pudding into bowls and leave to cool.
