With the help of the complete Macaronmix mixture, you can make macarons exactly as they should be - smooth on the surface, without cracks, crispy on the outside and yet soft on the inside, fluffy, with a pleasant almond taste.
Body (basic recipe): 1000 g Macaronmix, 200 g water. Mix the ingredients with a mixer on 2nd gear for 5 minutes. Using a bag with a smooth tube, spray approx. 120 macaroons (approx. 10 g of dough) on a baking sheet covered with a silicone sheet and leave to dry for approx. 1 hour. Bake for approx. 25 min. at 140-150°C.
Filling: 200 g Macaron mix, 250 g butter, 20 g flavoring paste. Mix the room temperature butter with the mixture and seasoning paste.
