Description

Mixture for the production of cakes from cast mass, sandwiches or muffins. A heavier mass that the fruit does not fall through. The dough remains pliable for a long time after baking. It is characterized by a golden color, a less sweet taste and a vanilla aroma.

Basic recipe : 500 g Golden Pie, 300 g egg melange, 300 g oil, 50 g water. Mix all the ingredients with a lyre on 1st gear for 4 min.

Ingredients: wheat flour , sugar, corn starch, dried whey , raising agent E450i, thickener E466, raising agent E500ii, natural aroma, iodized table salt (table salt, potassium iodate), color E160a(i)

Nutritional values in 100 g: energy 1518 kJ/362 kcal, fat 0.69 g (of which saturated 0.14 g), carbohydrates 82.03 g (of which sugars 42.44 g), fiber 2.4 g, protein 4.89 g, salt 1.48 g
