The delicate ready-made white pastry coating is suitable for coating bakery and confectionery products, decorating or molding.
Use: Place the bag in hot water 50°C - 60°C for 7 minutes, remove and open after warming up. We glaze the pastry, or spread the glaze with a knife or spatula, then let it harden at room temperature or in the refrigerator. For better slicing of the product with the glaze, use a knife heated in hot water.
