Use: Mix the baking powder in the flour and add it to the dough. We use it in the preparation of gingerbread and mead.
Gingerbread recipe: Pour 400 g of semi-coarse flour, 250 g of caster sugar, 250 ml of milk, 1 egg, 100 ml (10 tablespoons) of oil, a full spoonful of cocoa and a packet of Dr. Oetker Gingerbread Raising Powder into a large bowl. Beat everything with an electric hand beater or whisk for 3 minutes. Pour the dough onto a pre-greased and floured baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven for about 35 minutes at 180°C.
