Dr. Oetker Baking powder for gingerbread (20 g)

Raising powder for gingerbread Dr. Oetker guarantees that your gingerbread will be plump and will attract the whole family to the table with its aroma. In one package, you will find a carefully balanced composition of leavening agent and spice mixture for your delicious gingerbread.

Use: Mix the baking powder in the flour and add it to the dough. We use it in the preparation of gingerbread and mead.

Gingerbread recipe: Pour 400 g of semi-coarse flour, 250 g of caster sugar, 250 ml of milk, 1 egg, 100 ml (10 tablespoons) of oil, a full spoonful of cocoa and a packet of Dr. Oetker Gingerbread Raising Powder into a large bowl. Beat everything with an electric hand beater or whisk for 3 minutes. Pour the dough onto a pre-greased and floured baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven for about 35 minutes at 180°C.
