The versatile helper Zlatý klas, an original cream powder with a vanilla flavor, is ideal for preparing vanilla sauce for ducat buns, as well as for preparing fillings, creams, soft doughs or bodies. It is also excellent in combination with chocolate, coffee, almonds, rum or nuts.
Recommended dosage: Thick cream (40 g Golden Cob, 50 g sugar, 500 ml milk), medium thick cream (40 g Golden Cob, 60 g sugar, 800 ml milk), thin cream (40 g Golden Cob, 80 g sugar, 1000 ml of milk)
Use: Mix the contents of the bag well in 100 ml of milk. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1-2 packets of vanilla sugar to the remaining amount of milk and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Slowly pour the prepared mixture into the boiling milk and cook for about 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.
