Dr. Mole Cake Oetker found his fans both among children and adults. An excellent cake for a birthday party or for Sunday coffee. The original cake comes from the creative kitchen of Dr. Oetker. Delicious cocoa body, whipped cream filling and bananas - that's a combination you can't resist!

The package contains: 250 g of mixture for the body, 100 g of mixture for the filling, 60 g of chocolate flakes

Add to this: For the dough - 100 g of soft margarine or butter, 2 eggs (size M), 75 ml of milk (7 tablespoons). For the filling - 3 bananas, 500-600 ml of chilled whipping cream, 100 ml of cold water.

Preparing the dough: Put the dough mixture, margarine or butter, eggs and milk in a bowl. Beat with an electric hand mixer, first on the lowest setting, then on the highest setting for about 3 minutes. Place the dough in a greased cake tin (we recommend 26 cm), smooth and bake for 35-40 minutes (electric oven 170°C, hot air oven 150°C, gas oven medium setting). After baking, separate the edge of the mold and leave the body to cool.

Adjusting the body: After cooling, separate the bottom of the mold and place the body on the cake tray. Use a spoon to hollow out to a depth of 1/2 cm. Leave a 1 cm wide border. Roughly crumble the hollowed-out part of the corpus in a bowl.

Preparing the filling and decorating the cake: Peel the bananas, cut them in half lengthwise and place them flat side down on the hollowed-out body. Whip the whipping cream until stiff. Put the filling mixture in a large bowl and add a measured amount of water. Mix for 1/2 minute by hand with a whisk. Then immediately mix in the whipped cream and finally the chocolate flakes in two stages. We pile the whipped cream filling on the body in a dome shape up to the edge and sprinkle with the crumbled body. Let it harden in the fridge for about 3 hours.

Ingredients: sugar, wheat flour , chocolate flakes 13% (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa powder with reduced fat content, cocoa butter, emulsifier (lecithins), milk ), wheat starch, cocoa powder with reduced fat content 3.4%, emulsifier ingredient (rice starch, emulsifier (esters of polyglycerol with fatty acids, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate)) raising agents (sodium dihydrogen diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate), edible gelatin, dextrose, glucose syrup, modified potato starch, aroma, thickener (carboxymethyl cellulose) . May contain traces of lupine flour .
