A world specialty! Red Velvet cake, translated as "Red Velvet", supposedly comes from New York, from the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel. Let yourself be charmed by the unique reddish-brown color of the body, which contrasts beautifully with the white cream, and try another of the world's specialties.

The package contains: 300 g of the mixture for the body, 85 g of the mixture for the cream

Add to this: For the body - 3 eggs, 100-125 ml of chilled whipping cream. For the cream - 100-125 ml of chilled whipping cream, 180-200 g of sour cream (fat content 15-18%).

Preparation of the body: Pour the contents of the bag with the mixture for the body into a bowl, add an egg and a measured amount of whipping cream. Beat the mixture with an electric hand mixer until smooth (3 minutes). Pour the dough into a greased and floured mold (we recommend 26 cm) and place it in the preheated oven. Bake for 30-35 minutes (electric oven 160°C, convection oven 140°C, gas oven medium setting).

Preparation of the cream: Pour the contents of the bag with the cream mixture into a bowl, add a measured amount of whipping cream, sour cream and beat until smooth (3 minutes) with an electric hand mixer on the highest setting.

Completing the cake: Remove the baked body from the mold and let it cool. Then we cut it lengthwise once. We carefully cut the top of the body to align it. Place the cut off top of the body in a bowl, crumble it and put it aside for decorating the cake later. Fill the cake with cream and spread according to your imagination. Sprinkle the top of the cake with the crumbled corpus and store in the refrigerator.

Ingredients: sugar, wheat flour , wheat starch , foaming agent (glucose syrup, coconut oil, emulsifier (esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids with lactic acid), milk protein ), emulsifying component (emulsifier (esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids with acid milk, polyglycerol esters with fatty acids), glucose syrup, skimmed milk powder), reduced-fat cocoa powder, modified corn starch, raising agents (sodium bicarbonate, sodium dihydrogen diphosphate), dried egg white , color (iron oxides and hydroxides) 0 .9%, aroma, natural vanilla aroma. May contain traces of egg yolk and lupine flour .
