Clear jelly cake is a quick helper in the kitchen. Just mix it with water, boil for 1 minute and pour the fruit on the cake. It will then remain beautifully shiny for a long time. Just like just plucked. Cake-jelly is of vegetable origin, it is made on the basis of carrageenans from seaweed.
