Colors intended primarily for surface coloring, coated and cream cakes.
They can also be used to color cream, pastries, ice cream, drinks, juices, fruit fillings, jams, etc. Suitable for all ingredients containing water. However, you can only achieve a pearly appearance by spraying the surface.
The set contains 1 cleaner and 11 colors (20 ml each): Yellow, Orange, Red, Baby Pink, Violet, Green, Blue, Brown (brown), Ecru (flesh), Black and Gold Pearl.
Advantages of coloring with airbrush colors:

For a lighter shade, dilute with white. Shake the pearl shades thoroughly continuously. Apply the colors from a minimum distance of 15 cm in a very thin layer. Gradually add layers until the desired shade is achieved. When applying, place the cake on a rotating mat, which you rotate while spraying.
Colors without mother-of-pearl can be freely combined with mother-of-pearl colors. Paints contain alcohol, which increases drying speed and increases adhesion to oily surfaces.
