Fruit filling with a high proportion of fruit (min. 60%) suitable for versatile use in the confectionery industry. Cold for whipping creams, layers without modification or with gelatin for doughs, excellent for baking because it is thermostable, i.e. it does not melt - so it is suitable for cakes, scarves, grids, pockets, etc.
