Why always have porridge for breakfast when you can bake fragrant and tasty gluten-free gingerbread? We have an excellent mixture for you, to which we have added only gluten-free ingredients, corn and rice flour, so you don't have to worry about your digestion. Thanks to the simple and quick preparation, you can also treat an unexpected visitor with gingerbread goodness.
The package contains: 400 g of mixture
To this you add: 2 eggs, 125 ml of oil, 200 ml of lukewarm water or milk
Preparation: Pour the contents of the bag into the prepared container, add 2 eggs, 125 ml of oil and 200 ml of water or milk and beat with an electric mixer for 2-3 minutes. Spread the dough on a smaller tray (approx. 25x35 cm) dusted with gluten-free flour and bake at a temperature of 175-180 °C for 15-20 minutes. Check doneness with a skewer. Once the gingerbread has cooled, we can cut it in half, spread one half with marmalade to taste, and fold the other half over the marmalade.
