Mixes cuts

In the beginning, the popsicle was made of cottage cheese, cream and sugar covered in chocolate coating. It has been produced since 1962. It was created based on the great popularity of cottage cheese desserts, which were often baked in post-war Czechoslovakia. The fact that it is still sold in its unchanged form to this day is a testament to its great popularity. And the cheesecakes are baked all the time. Míša cuts are one of them. You can bake a delicious and light dessert according to our recipe. You won't regret it.
Body: 30 minutes Cream and topping: 30 minutes
12 servings

Ingredients for the dough:

  • 220 g of plain flour (for the light version 240 g of flour)
  • 20 g of cocoa (for a light version, add these 20 g of flour)
  • 6 eggs
  • 130 g of sugar
  • 50 g of oil
  • 6 g of baking powder
  • a pinch of salt

Separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the egg whites with half the sugar and a pinch of salt until stiff.

Beat the egg yolks with the other half of the sugar to a light foam.

Add oil to this mixture alternately and gradually add flour mixed with baking powder or cocoa.

At the end, we lightly mix in the snow from the egg whites.

Pour the dough onto a classic tray lined with baking paper. Bake in an oven heated to 180 °C for approximately 12 - 15 minutes.

After baking, take it out and let it cool.

In the meantime, we will prepare the cream cheese.

Ingredients for the cream:

Place all the ingredients in a blender and beat until stiff.

Cut the cooled sponge from the edges of the baking sheet, turn it over and peel off the baking paper. We return it back to the plate and turn it again so that it lies on the loose paper.

Then spread the sponge cake evenly with the prepared cottage cheese cream.

Ingredients for the glaze:

Melt the dark chocolate in a water bath and add the oil. Mix well and apply to the cream cheese. Spread evenly using a palette knife .

We also melt the white chocolate. It is enough in the microwave, but you need to heat it up slowly so that it does not burn. When it is liquid, put it in a small plastic bag, cut off the corner and spray horizontal lines into the dark chocolate.

Then we take a stick and mix the white chocolate into the dark perpendicular to the white lines. We guide the skewer in the opposite direction each time. From top to bottom and bottom to top. It will create a beautiful spike effect.

Put the tray in the fridge and let it harden.

Then, using a heated knife, cut into 12 parts.
