Dr. Oetker Pudding Caramel belongs to the traditional and proven products of Dr. Oetker. The tradition of puddings dates back to 1923, when their production began in Brno. Pudding with caramel finds its application in addition to the preparation of pudding and dessert cups as well as an ingredient in delicate dark bodies, as a cream for desserts and cakes or in the form of a warm drink.
Use (for 1/2 l of milk): Mix the contents of the bag well in 1/3 of the prepared milk. Add 2-3 tablespoons of sugar (20-30 g) to the remaining 2/3 of the milk and bring the milk to a boil. Slowly pour the prepared mixture into the boiling milk and cook for another 1 minute, stirring constantly. Pour the finished pudding into bowls or molds rinsed with cold water and let it harden.
Ingredients: corn starch, caramel powder 2.4%, caramelized sucrose, aroma, table salt, color (carotenes). May contain traces of milk and nuts.
