Wreaths Dr. Oetker contain a mixture for preparing puff pastry and a mixture for preparing cream. With their help, your Vanilla wreaths will be like from a master confectioner. Just add eggs, milk, sugar and butter and you can easily make 30 fluffy wreaths. A delicious dessert for a Sunday afternoon scented with vanilla. You will make your loved ones happy with homemade wreaths, and their preparation is so simple that anyone can do it!

The package contains: 140 g of dough mixture, 150 g of cream mixture

To this you add: For the dough - 125 g of vegetable fat for baking, 250 ml of water, 3 eggs (size M), for the cream - 650 ml of milk, 150 g of butter, 60 g of powdered sugar

Preparation of the dough: Let the vegetable fat and water boil. Pour the contents of the bag with the dough mixture into the boiling mixture, stirring constantly, and mix until the dough is smooth. Remove from the heat and let cool. Add 3 whole eggs to the cooled dough and beat with an electric hand mixer for about 3 minutes. Then we put the dough in a pastry bag with a star tube and on a greased baking sheet we form wreaths with a diameter of about 6 cm. Bake in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes (electric oven 200°C, convection oven 180°C, gas oven medium setting).

Preparation of the cream: Mix the contents of the bag with the cream mixture in 250 ml of milk. Boil the remaining milk. Pour the milk and powder into the boiling milk and cook for about 2 minutes, stirring constantly. After cooking, let the cream cool down. Beat the butter and sugar with an electric hand beater until foamy and gradually beat the cooled cream into it.

Preparing the wreaths: Using a pastry bag, spray the prepared cream on the cooled bottoms of the wreaths and fold the top of the wreaths. Finally, sugar or cover the wreaths with sugar glaze. Let it harden in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Ingredients: wheat flour , corn starch, sugar, leavening agents (sodium dihydrogen diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate), aroma, table salt, colors (carotenes, riboflavin). May contain traces of milk and lupine flour .
