You can use gelatin stiffener instead of classic gelatin. Preparation is quick and simple. No heating, you prepare the Gelatin stiffener cold! Just mix with 100 ml of water and add to the cream or filling. The stiffener is suitable for whipped cream, yogurt, cream or cottage cheese filling, or also for fruit filling.
Use: Whip the whipping cream until stiff, mix the other ingredients mentioned above until smooth. Pour the contents of the bag into a large bowl, add 100 ml of lukewarm water and mix intensively with a whisk for about 1/2 minute. Immediately add whipped cream or other pre-prepared ingredients in parts. Mix thoroughly with a wooden spoon or whisk. Sweeten and season to taste. We apply the cream on the baked body, or we use it according to our own recipe. Let it harden in the refrigerator (about 2 hours).
