Fine gluten-free cornstarch
Gustin is a traditional product of Dr. Oetker since 1898. This product has been a favorite product of housewives for over a hundred years for its versatile use, e.g. to soften cakes and cakes, to thicken soups and sauces, to prepare cake fillings.
Softening the dough: To soften the sponge dough, we can replace up to 1/3 of the flour weight with Gustin starch.
Thickening the sauce: To thicken the sauce, add about 50 g of Gustin starch mixed in 50 ml of water to 700 ml of liquid and let it boil for about 3 minutes.
