Decorative isomalt sugar in beads for creating cast, modeled, drawn or blown edible caramel decorations.
After melting, it can be colored (preferably with gel colors) and flavored with fruit pastes, or the finished decoration can be colored with spray or powder colors. Once processed, isomalt can be melted again.
Usage: Dissolve either in the microwave (approx. 700W in a heatproof bowl) or in a pot to 170°C. Stir the isomalt every 20-30 seconds until it is completely dissolved. Then place the bowl with the isomalt in a container with a small amount of cold water for approx. 10 seconds. You can then color and process the isomalt as desired.
