Preparation of the cream: Pour the contents of the bag with the cream mixture into the pot. Pour in the whipping cream, bring to a boil while stirring constantly and cook for 1 minute. Remove from the heat, let it cool a little, then put it in the refrigerator and let it cool for at least 3 hours. It is best to let the cream of paris cool overnight.
Preparation of the body: Pour the contents of the bag with the mixture for the body into a bowl, add water, oil and 1 or 2 eggs. Mix the dough with a wooden spoon or whisk until smooth. Pour the smooth batter into a greased and floured cake tin (we recommend 26 cm), place in the oven and bake for 35-40 minutes (electric oven 150°C, convection oven 130°C, gas oven level 3).
Finishing the cake: Let the baked body cool and then cut it lengthwise once. Beat the cooled Parisian cream with an electric hand mixer on medium speed until stiff. Spread half of the Parisian whipped cream on the lower part of the body, cover with the upper part of the body and spread the rest of the whipped cream on the top and edges of the cake.
